Our IT disposal and IT recycling service is completely secure, highly cost effective, ethical and green. 

On collection we issue you with a Waste Transfer Notice (WTN), which discharges the duty of care for the IT equipment from you on to us, the licensed waste carrier.

We salvage material that can be reused before transferring the material to large facilities where redundant equipment is broken down into separate waste streams and recycled or otherwise treated.

 

We also offer a full data destruction service. We understand our clients’ need for all data to be destroyed irrecoverably.  Our partners have several data wiping options that are fully certified and complete data destruction documentation is provided.

 

Where there is IT equipment that you believe might have residual value, we will make you an offer or advise on the sale to third parties. We have extensive contacts throughout this industry.

We provide a ‘Duty of Care‘ statement showing you exactly what happened to your unwanted furniture and equipment.

How soon can I have my order?


Orders placed before 10am monday through friday mountain daylight time will be shipped the same day by Canada Post. all our orders are 1-5 business day to arrive to you. Some orders can be picked up same day if you perfer at our head office. you can find out by reading the description of the product of interest.

We Ship to you For any price it does not matter the price. Shipping will still be free no matter the price.




Are we able to exchange orders?


most items"clothing items" such dresses, champions and w/twisted vinyl orders are able to be exchanged at anytime for any reason. you upto 30 days to exchange as long as the products arrives in the same order it was sent out. you musthave the invoice, recite or if you are a member we can find your invoice through your email with us.




do you refund?


you can refund most items as long as the item is in the same order as it was when you got it. it must be before the 30 days is up as well. under garmets, custom wear, wall art decal stickers and any free gifts are unable to be refunded for any CASH OR CREDIT WHAT SO EVER.




HOW IS SHIPPING HANDLED?


Shipping is sent by canada post we make extra care and saftey into secure so our products arrive in the same way we sned it. we take pictures of the package and the item before it is sent so you can see that there was no issues on our end before it arrived to you. we monitor and keep track of where the product is and make sure it is on time.
